Terms and Conditions

Full payment is due with order and artwork approval. Cheques should be made payable to Spectrum Personalised Printing, alternately we can accept cash (but please do not send cash through the mail) all major card & credit cards and bank transfers.

Returns and complaints
Spectrum Personalised Printing will not accept liability for items incorrectly ordered and items that have been personalised and agreed by the customer, however if you believe an item to be defective then it should be returned, unwashed and not worn. We strongly advise all our customers to double check their orders before they go to print. Should you wish complain about the service you have received then please put your grievance in writing.

Artwork Approval
A proof of your design will be e mailed/sent to you prior to printing/embroidery, this will need checking for accuracy of spelling, size and design. Work will not commence until you have provided this and once your confirmation has been received we will not be liable for any mistakes.

Spectrum Personalised Printing will not accept liability for any infringements and customers must insure copyright laws are not broken. Any logos and artwork supplied are accepted in good faith.

Personalising Items
Due to the nature of printing and embroidery, the position of text and logos may not be identically placed on every item. We will however endeavour to give continuity in this field.

Should you wish to cancel your order once payment has been made then please do so in writing. Refunds will depend on how far your order has proceeded.

Products & Garments
From time to time ordered items may not be available immediately, if this occurs then we will contact you and advice with the approx. delivery timescale. Colours and sizes are given by the manufacturers they are approximate and for guidance only.

Delivery or Collection

All orders are for self collect from 49 Masons Road, Woodfarm, Headington Oxford OX3 8QL by appointment unless you request & pay for delivery in advance.
